Joining Saint Barnabas in 2003, Ms. Morgievich has overseen the development and successful management of the Living Donor Institute with a focus on innovative programming that has fueled continued growth, volume, and status as a leading program in the United States. She has also overseen patient care and clinical operational aspects of the Transplant Division. In her new role, she will oversee patient care, clinical aspects, and administrative responsibilities related to the Division’s Pre- and Post- Transplant Departments, Research, Transplant Short Stay Unit, Outreach, Physician Practices and Living Donor Institute. Ms. Morgievich has served on the medical board of the National Kidney Registry, as well as on other national committees pertaining to living donation. She publishes and presents nationally on topics related to living donation. She has twice received the NATCO ‘Top Case Study’ award, one of which outlined the first interstate kidney paired exchange in the US. A Transplant Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Morgievich, completed her Master of Science in nursing at Columbia University School of Nursing, New York, and her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Seton Hall University, New Jersey. She also holds a business degree from Montclair State University, New Jersey.
